doni-- I'm very deep into my 70's very deep. What concerns me is the here and now. If I can't get to my doctor now, today, because the fuel cost to much the future means nothing to me. Its what keeps me alive. The same is true of those who depend on the free flow of oil and lower prices so they can get to work. Their future is in jeapordy. They are already being threatened by this recession that can take away all they have ever worked for. This is what congress seems to miss. They have a job, the money they make under the table is exstensive. They are hiding the money in their freezers. Us poorer folks who depend on S.S. and the little we saved are finding what ever we have disintigrate before our eyes because of this oil business.
We are even depriving those of us who might have oil on the land we own from getting to it. Thats not the mentality that made this country great and our congress is at fault for pushing towards a second rate nation. Its time like someone wrote here to change congress like we change diapers they are both full ot the same thing.
