I do not know of another company with the same micro controller/cache capability(it`s patented).....Large DRAM is a necessary depending on how complex the data segment system is.

MOS data segment system is simplistic incorporating security...and can be managed in contiguous or non contiguous manner...with an ability to be set up for attributes of other OS systems.

What Samsung is doing is what e.Digital should be doing
