I hope you recall TI was one of the "MAIN PARTNERS", of EDIG as far back as CES 2000...

They were using EDIG Tech on their Chips, which they sold by the millions to others, and they were supposed to send EDIG "Customers" like nokia, which they never did...

Instead they started assembling Boards with their chips containing EDIG tech which they sold to others like Nokia and Portal Player, who did not need EDIG to tweek it for the "customer" who never did call on EDIG...

I should think they would be in the top 10 list of the infringers...
