I keep thinking of our patent for (paraphrased) ``Hand held digital recording devices utilizing flash memory``, or something to that effect (don`t have the exact verbage at hand: little help?). In my ignorant opinion, this would include all flash-based hand helds (as I don`t recall the patent specifying the type of data, 0/1s, recorded), including HD hand helds that utilize flash as a shock buffer. Flash based hand helds could include not only MP3 players, but perhaps also digital cameras using flash memory.

Having read that patent back in early `00 and a subsequent talk with RP are among the reasons I held through that great PPS run in the same time frame.

But, not only am I ignorant, I KNOW nuttin`!
