If history tells us anything, then the auditors will complete their work and edig will file the 10-k the last week of June.

If as they say, the SHM will be held this quarter, then the last week of June seems appropriate based on prior filings.

Alternatively, they require lead time to notify the shareholders and if the auditors work is not completed until sometime in June, then the meeting would commence in July or even early August.

Maybe the Vivitar case would be settled by then and we should see added sales of the EVU as well.
