Germany`s national airline Lufthansa is to take over Swiss International Air Lines after a USD409m deal was concluded yesterday, according to Reuters. Lufthansa will pay USD347m to the Swiss carrier`s major shareholders, including the Swiss government which holds a 20 per cent stake.
