I do not see any "LAWYERING" taking place in the UTAH "nuisence" litigation that is driving the Court ,and everyone else, bonkers...

This is more like a bad "DIVORCE" case. They are throwing paper at each other just to be vindictive. It has nothing to do with the "Merits" of the case....

My lawyering is doing fine thank you. Just won serveral appeals. Should have enough money to buy some DLA and NWA, plus more EDIG soon...
