A LESSON TO BE LEARNED...
I wouldn't want my worst enemy to loose 30% value in one day, let alone see it happen to some good friends who are still in the P company...
I was one of the first investors in the P company when they were at $.04 CENTS. I bought it after having attended a Court Hearing in San Francisco where various Motions for dismissal of PTSC law suits were being argued...
As it moved higher I statred cashing out, and totally bailed out after attending their SHM last year, or was it two years ago?...
A shareholder meeting is very important. You can see the principals eye ball to eye ball, and get a "Feel" of who is running the company and what is the PLAN. Something you can not get by just reading self serving and well crafted PRS...
The PTSC SHM convinced me that it was no more than a cash cow being milked by 2 groups who had total control, and demonstrated a disdain to retail shareholders. Plus there was no concrete PLAN like EDIG has had for the past 10 years beyond the cash diversion...
Our little company has been trying to execute on its plan of marketing its Intelectual Property for that past 10 years I know of. It finally seem to have gotten some traction in a highly competative IFE market and appears to have a strong hand going to Court on May second in their attempt to "monetize" their IP...
For those who keep asking about failed attempts to start the "engine", I say sleep well. We have a company that has accepted products and asson as they have some cash, one way or the other, they will expand into Health Care, Rental Cars, etc.
If They are reasonably sure that their IP law suits are going to be productive, why not wait instead of issuing another 200 million shares to raise $30 million to agressively go after those markets, when they know they can expect that much from a measely stlement of 60 million with one of the defendants named thus far...
Good Luck to all, and welcome back PTSC fellow investors...
Gil...
