Regarding the Vivitar case...the claims construction hearing is set for 5/1/2008 @ 10:45 AM before Judge T. John Ward. This will be a BIG ruling (Markman) for EDIG and you can bet Nikon, Samsung, LG Electronics, et al are anxiously awaiting the decision as we are.
