Just keeping on top of developments in the flash memory markets...they are noted and will watch things that look to grow that market. The cheaper the flash memory, the more portable products that are created and sold to a growing global market.

As DM makes EDIG's case, they can point to an ever expanding market to which the patents apply....carving out an even bigger niche as they continue to research potential infringers.

The bigger the hammer they drop the greater the stakes that are in play.
