It is the hand wringing and incescent "soon" reminders that is getting out of hand and boring...

One positive "Markman Ruling" from Judge Ward's Court, and we are off and running. In the meantime, by all means bring on the "embedded eVU" contracts with any one, at any time, (soon or otherwise. )

Any way you look at it this company is in the best shape it has been in the last 10 years, and those who dwell on the "negatives" of the past are only deluding themselves...
