The variable is the nature of the product when asking yourself as to the importance of the people or the procuct.

It's a function of the industry.

In mine, the oil service, the most important aspect is the product. A bright and first class salesman cannot sell the product if the item is inferior. We are talking millioins of dollars at stake and possible lives.

As a result, it's the product. I also stand by my statement as tothe mutual satisfaction of the buyer and the seller.
