Posted by Eric Savitz
Jurors in federal court in San Jose sided with Rambus (RMBS) in rejecting claims by Hynix, Micron (MU) and Nanya Technology that Rambus illegally used information obtained at industry meetings in the 1990s to get its patents, Bloomberg is reporting.
Rambus shares had rallied earlier in the day in anticipation of the verdict.
Rambus is now up $2.20, or 11.8%, to $20.81.
