AMD settled with ptsc before TPL/PTSC merged efforts in 05 and HP settled 1-06... don't know if suit was filed by ptsc prior to merger - seems i remember it mighta been and was in conjunction with AMD but ptsc's site only goes bact to this... I' say a year or less.
