Just finished reading both 157 and 159 and I'd say maybe good friday wasn't so good after all! I think the judge spanked us pretty bad in his ruling in 159.....probably not a whole lot of $ but he is obviously pissed at us for not following thru in an expedious manner. Lake makes the point that Digecor does admit to not following the 5 day rule which gives us a leg up. This thing is very complex and difficult to follow. I don't like the twist the judge just handed us. A responce is required by us on or before April 4th with Wencor required to respond several days later. Should make for an interesting show.
