I hope you are correct in your analysis. I always appreciate responses from both LL and yourself, even though quite opposite some of the time.

I am probably wrong, but I seem to remember somewhere along the timetable, Wencor stating that the IP belonged to them as a result of the acquisition.

That is my main concern, the IP issue, indirectly a patent issue.
