I expect this to continue unless and until some major news hits on the product front, e.g., a contract with Airbus or Boeing, or a successful Markman against Vivitar. I believe Gil is correct in saying that DM went for Vivitar to get the Markman result that will carry over to the other defendents. My guess is Vivitar doesn't have the resources to make this a protracted fight and would much rather get the whole thing over with so it can focus on getting out of bankruptcy. I know nothing so this is purely speculation, but I will continue to buy every time I get new funds available. Guess I continue to be crazy.....
