Although, "DEEP POCKETS", is often an incentive for filing a Big and complex law suit, it IS NOT a REASON for suing some entity, and is often considered a sign of attorneys who are not that "Experienced" in "LITIGATION and TRIAL"...

DM will do what they are good at. They are preparing their case for Trial, and you can be sure that APPLE will be on top of their list, not because they are sitting on a pile of money, but because a dying apple borrowed $150 million from Microsoft, and reverse engineered itself into IPod, etc., and the phenomenal success of "creating" and "Selling" products which FRED and company could not... AND THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE IMO...
