20 Billion

"...a group of companies who have over $20 billion in annual U.S. revenues..."

Hmmm.

I hadn’t thought about it this way before; but that either means two or three very big companies, several medium-sized companies, or quite a few smaller companies (or combinations thereof). But any way you slice it - it’s HUGE!! (to use a ‘pump’ word).

Seriously the more I think about it, the more I think they might just choose to identify certain targets publicly. Where’s the benefit of stating a number like $20 billion while your share price is .12 unless you plan to reveal some further details? Just to placate shareholders? What’s the point?

I noted from a post here recently that the Senate won’t likely consider the patent reform bill until April at the earliest. That is good news if (should the bill pass and ultimately become law) it only affects new cases going forward and not ones already filed - assuming that DM will file major actions in March. In any case, DM must be aware of how possible changes to the law will affect their strategy... which is another possible contributor to the preparations taking this long.

I also note that the ‘promise’ of future actions this fiscal quarter remains in the latest 10Q (I think it was in the previous one as well). Thanks DABOSS for reminding me of that. Let’s see if Will (and DM) delivers.
