Who owns the controller tech sitting between GSM and the SIM? The cards work in a GSM appliance only, so the controller is on the phone functioning through to a preformatted and recognized condition of the card, having a very functional ability for both the user and service provider.

It's got to be something big...it doesn't get much bigger than what I 'm looking at.....There's a very special condition sitting between GSM and the SIM or Smartcard noted as the brain.
