This is EDIG's first experience at extensive patent litigation. DM apparently gave them a heads up last go round regarding the Vivitar suit and that happened relatively quickly considering DM had only been on board for 5 months officially....all indications are that the next round is happening and SOON !

Below is an email response I just received this morning....looks like more info due on the annual shareholders meeting next month. My guess is that they want as much to share with us as possible to make the most out of the meeting.

I am naturally optimistic but regardless of the time frame or any premature optimism, this is actually happening....defending key patents in Billion dollar Flash Markets. The vision lives.
