You need to look at one more number during the interval of yur figures, and that is the change in the FLOAT during the same time...

I recall there was a re-financing of some note that was due by some new shares which are infused ibto the market place without anyone "selling" any shares....

In short, if the shares were given to retire the NOTE, they will show up as a "SALE" of shares by the company, but will not affect the MM activity...

That could be the "RAW" explanation for the drop in of the pps...
