The issues you raise have been discussed here. The last time was no more than a month or two ago...

doni and others convinced me that EDIG CASE is different than PTSC case in several respects...

1)  Edig has less shares out than PTSC had when they started their litigation...

2) EDIG patents are much stronger in terms than defenses of "PRIOR ART", or that historically EDIG was instrumental in ushering in the FLASH Markets...

3) EDIG patents, if successfully litigated, may prove to be of bigger valution considering the expanding FLASH MARKETS...

4) and there were some other "Technical" issues, ( Structural or substantive--doni can chime in here), that made EDIG patents potentially more valuable than those of PTSC,... and,

5) EDIG is a different company than PTSC. They have products that are getting traction in the market place. PTSC does not...
