MEZZO, the Rolls-Royce plc backed Portable IFE Specialist, announced today that from the 1st March, UK based charter specialist Titan Airways will become the latest airline partner to adopt Mezzo’s Portable IFE Rental Service. Titan Airways, based in Stansted, will now be able to offer IFE to airlines and travel professionals booking Titan Airways specialist charter services.

The MEZZO service provides a content package including 3 blockbuster movies, International TV and 5 channels of music on Personal Media Players for Titan’s Boeing 737 300, BAe 146 and King Air B200.

Gene Willson Titan Airways Managing Director commented “I experienced Mezzo’s service when I flew with Silverjet and was extremely impressed with the exciting content package that Mezzo had created. However I wondered if Mezzo were able to deliver a service for Titan Airways that requires much more flexibility than a scheduled airline. I am happy that Mezzo has been able to create exactly the right service and content package for us.”

Kim Braithwaite, Titan’s IFE Manager added “Mezzo created a bespoke solution for us and that included training our ground crew and managing the payment of “PRS” fees for us, we have never before been offered this level of service.”
