I don't know much about them but their EPS is a negative (.27) on 23 million shares....but except for a gyration drop today their stock recovered after a year of decline if you check the chart, likely on the prospects of their litigation.

Confidential terms still leave investors in the dark...hard to value an unknown. I hope Blakeley has a better way to share such vital information to shareholders. The terms of many patent cases are revealed. Let's hope we go down that sort of path.
