We should be ecstatic that EDIG has patent litigation in its future.  After all, that's all ptsc had and now they operate in the black.

And success here is what moves the company ahead exponentially. 

Certainly IFE is EDIG's core business and it has vastly improved under Blakeley's direction.  Now he has given it a new direction with the embedded prospects.  He keeps moving this forward and EDIG could stand on that alone if he keeps growing and expanding the IFE business...but if you want to attract new investment dollars EDIG's direction you will need something worthy of interesting new money, and multiple patent victories will do just that. 

Investors want to see continued improvements on any and all fronts that could and will generate revenues to EDIG's bottom line.

IFE is happening now.  IP efforts will happen when they happen, but regardless, they are lurking in our future and hold a lot of potential to dramatically change the face of this company.
