And it answers the repeated questions by many here as to how come there is no NEWS from DM after almost a years of announcement of their entrence into this case?!

Any fool can give their $350 bucks, (or whatever the going rate is for a COMPLEX CASE at the Federal Court system these days), and file as many Law Suits as they wish...

It is WHAT YOU DO AFTER YOU FILE THE CASE, that distinguishes the Great from the ordinary.
