A through 13G is for the viewing here, I cut and paste a few details the other day as our PPS was adrift so I went searching. I too know nothing about the specifics, perhaps I left something out. On the downside shares outstanding is a bummer. On the brightside as LL mentions, as business is confirmed and success brews, not a huge deal.
