LAWYERLONG, To me either you believe strong validity for those 5 patents or not.If you accept the fundamental of flash memory patents then we could be in any flash memory products either INTEL, MICROSOFT,OLYMPUS ,SANDISK,NOKIA ,SAMSUNG,and on and on.

I think PUTNAM comments could be honest in regard to strength of EDIG patents.Future events will answer all those puzzles.
