I am sure you will agree that 11 months is not an unusually long time in the life span of Patent Litigation Law Suits...As these things go, there will be not much until the "MARKMAN HEARING", or if there be a "Settlement" announcemant...

As to "realtively small law suit" filed by DM, this certainly is a matter of Startegy that only DM knows about, and is not about to discuss it with EDIG shareholders for certain.

SECOND:

We all hope that the upcoming SHAREHOLDER MEETING which, accoring to some, shloud be announced any day now, will be a forum where the company will discuss and "...give perspective on what what they see as damages to edigital."
