For your info you might wish to check out Doc 113 filed 07-06-07 which is BOW's attempt at discrediting Ken Clarks depo. Then check out EDig's response to that attempt, Doc 120, filed 08-03-07. It's pretty interesting. I talked to RP about it and he seemed to think it was no problem, that BOW was throwing "sh*t" against the wall and that EDig had nothing to worry about. The depo will not be thrown out.

Also, the date next to both Doc's is Oct 2, 2007. I don't know why since it is not the date the Doc's were filed with the court....
