New filing today by Vivitar notifying the Court that their legal firm has changed names. Was Wang, Hartmann & Gibbs, P.C. now Wang, Hartmann, Gibbs & Cauley, P.C.
Whoopdeedoo.
Sure wish I knew what the next step is here. Isn't the Court supposed to set a trial date since both sides have demanded it? Or is the defendant given time to determine culpability and decide on the possibility of settling? Or are both parties in settlement discussions now? Something must be happening between the parties or the Court would be taking some action right?
