IMO, yes. I'm not an attorney, but the proposed patent reform will, in part, affect and limit the potential damages. THAT alone could take a piece of our pie.

Of course, we have a lot of pie still to eat. As DaBoss and several have pointed out, the market for our mean ole copy cats is very large, so DM has choices. We just don't know the which nor the why part.

I wrote my Congressman and both TN Senators asking they not support the complete bill.
