Depending on the total percent of shares owned and the long term interest in the company other avenues are opened.
It brings up the possibility that we could see some new board members in the future.
That may change the direction of the company or have an impact on the currert management.
Any entity having more than 5% often means a potential change or addition to the board of directors.
