When you check the PACER U.S. Party/Case Index website, the PACER folks suggested I enter my search as E. Dig* and then E Dig*. This exact spelling definitely has an impact on your findings. My first finding (E. Dig*) shows the Vivitar case in eastern TX and the second finding (E Dig*) shows the digEcor case in Utah. I guess it all depends on how each district court clerk enters the company’s name in the PACER database. My apologies if you already knew all this.

I checked today at 11:30 MST and no updated filings on either case and no new filings involving e.Digital.
