I don't see the POP as being as great as some think. As jefother asked, why did we not see a big pop with ptsc, it only went to a couple of dollars and now it's below a $.50. Keep in mind they had several settlements with m ore on the horizon.

To achieve a large pop, DM would have to file multiple lawsuits and many would have to settle within a short time frame. I don't see that happening.

Of course, define POP. Is it plus $2.00?, plus $4.00? or up to $20+ as Frank implies it could happen.

I do see some major increases and minor downsides, but still a function of the number of settlements and over what period of time. Time and number of settlements and the amount will dictate the pps multiple against the current base.
