Not much trading to be of any real concern.  When an event unfolds to make buyers interested enough to take a position, then you will see the volume commensurate with price movement....and we all know it will take either a significant IFE development (big customer or an embedded product sale) or Vivitar settling and/or the next round of infringers exposed....preferably with some numbers attached.
