I’d imagine that DM pretty much has carte-blanche to play it however they think best. EDIG is in no position to drive for higher settlements at increased risk (as determined by DM). However you have to ask yourself whether DM would rather settle for 40-50% of 10M or 100M? I’m confident that DM will be skillful enough AND sufficiently greedy to achieve sizeable settlements for us (and them).
