Wow, am I falling behind....this stuff is changing so fast....
"An SDIO card is an advanced form of an SD card. An SDIO card can include much more than just data files. In fact, many SDIO cards approximate a mini computer or a powerful software application. SDIO cards can power Bluetooth adapters, Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, television tuners, cameras, scanners, voice recorders, and even fingerprint readers. Each of these SDIO cards has a suite of functionality."
This is what e.Digital patented with its OS and advanced file system...
SDIO.... SD input/output....this Banks card...will be SDIO.
With that, I have no idea where we stand now...At least we know we have an OS/file that allows for such a thing...
Sorry to the board for not being on top of this ....
Is this why DM entered on such good terms?...lol
"approximate a mini computer" has always been my consideration
Or expansion to a platform as I have been proclaiming lately.
Mini computer on a card....I made a comment to Jtara with that thought ...he called me crazy....using other words...lol.
Sorry to the board for not being on top of this .... Funny gernb1 never saw it, he usually catches these things.
