While it is true that one lawsuit has been filed with no determination to date, it is also true that DM is looking to further litigate on EDIG's behalf against numerous other targeted infringers who have been identified as having markets to the tune of $20 billion that EDIG feels utilizes their patented technology.

So to state only one lawsuit has been filed, as if that is the end all, is to imply that's all investors have...which is just not the case.

There are at least 173 more they are considering, if not more.
