To say EDIG has a rather unique place in the MARKET is an understatement...

Often you see EDIG rising when the MARKETS are being squeezed, and falling when the MARKETS are rising...

This is understanable only if one can accept the fact that EDIG pps valuation by the markets only relates to "HOPE" that their patent portfolio is worth something, ($.125 cents at present), and that number get affected by traders moving in and out of EDIG...

In short, "HOPE" is not a factor that can be affected by rise or fall of the price of Oil, or a slowing economy cutting the non-existing demand for EDIG technology which is the basis of EDIG Valuation...

The last run of the pps to $.285 dollars happened when DM was announced. And before that run pps was in the $.07 RANGE...

For every current shareholder of EDIG there are at least 3 in the cyberspace keeping tab on happenings to this stock. Any announcement that DM had achieved some positive results in their efforts will start the next run and it will be bigger than the last one.

The facts as I see them are:

!) EDIG as a penny stock with only "Hope" that its intellectual property can be monetized, is valued by the MARKET somewhere in the vicinity of   5-7 Cents...

2) Whenever it has had "RUNS IN THE PPS" it has been because of some news that gave validity to that "HOPE", thus increasing demand for EDIG shares...

3) Over time, any "RUNS" of the pps are brought down, back to the base of 5-7 cents, in 1-3 cent increments unless there is additional NEWS validating the "HOPE" that the "ecxpectations of the MARKET can be met...

IMHO we reached the "END GAME" scenario by  leaving the monetizing of the intellectuall property to the lawyers at DM. In short this the "ALL IN HAND" that EDIG is playing. Any NEWS from DM front will be a major factor in the future of this investment, and "POSITIVE NEWS" such as cash settlements or jury verdicts shall drive the pps sigfnificantly higher than what it is today....

In the meantime we wait, without any concerns about the ebs and flows of the economy in general affecting our investment significantly...
