If the "official" decision was made after 12/23, language was incorporated into the agreement that retroactively extended the agreement from 12/23 and both parties agree that no default occured, then you could have a trigger date after 12/23. The timing of the filing is based on the date the deal was officially consumated and EDIG has 5 business days from that point to file the 8-K."

 Putnam said that the due date on the note was Dec 23. With Christmas vacation occuring and board signitures required it wasn't until January that paperwork was finalized. Thus the Jan 4 8k filing. Jefother was pretty much dead on.

Additionally Putnam said that the electronic filing necessary to enable a (much less expensive) shareholders meeting has been made effective as of Jan. 1.  An announcement of an ASM date should happen to by mid Feb. (IMHO) to allow a meeting by the end of the current quarter.  

I think additional airline announcements will be made during the present quarter, much like was suggested in a previous conversation. A working prototype of our embedded IFE should be available at the shareholders meeting. One is already completed. There appears to be interest among the largest of aircraft manufacturers. (Boeing & Airbus) My take on this is that it may require a settlement or conclusion with Wencor before this type of deal is finalized. Note that the Aircraft interiors show is April 1 - 3 in Hamburg Germany. eDigitals booth  (2d25 in Hall 2) is a couple of doors down from Wencor's booth. I think that the timing of some of these airline announcements, will coincide with the the Shareholders meeting which will preceed the Aircraft interiors show.

The next time Daune Morris files should be against multiple infringers, from different industries, both large and small, foreign and domestic. That should wet a few appetites when it happens. The timing is entirely in the hands of Duane Morris but there were indications that all the preparations were ready.....at least on our end. (Thats my take on it.)
