The next 10-Q is due 02/15/08 and if they still intend to hold the ASM before 3/31/08, then it makes sense that they would announce that by mid-February (for the required 30 days notice - and historically a bit more if I remember right). I’m figuring the ASM for late March then if they keep their word. So with that in mind, we’ll probably know for sure in about a month or so.

With the 10-Q and ASM announcement due out soon, it’s not a stretch to imagine that another filing (at least one) will be done as well - perhaps not until closer to the ASM, but I bet it will happen in concert somehow. Considering what has been stated along with the timing of same and WB's track record thus far, it seems reasonable to expect significant news before this quarter ends. Whether it leads to a significant increase in the share price is another matter of course.
