IMHO It's because the grandfauther clause, which was appealed, on nss/shorting took effect around 12-5 - and these brokerages are getting scared our lil tech plays might attract the wrong sort, creating too much insoulvent liquidity if the right circumtances alligned.

It no doubt will/has put a damper on both edig/ptsc.
