March 4, 2005 - IFE/COMMUNICATIONS meets the regional, low-fare, leisure and full-service airlines at next week’s IPEC/LARA event in London.

The first conference and exhibition in the world to recognise the new wave of developments now opening up IFE for operators of regional jets and narrowbodies, IPEC/LARA has attracted a full spectrum of carriers, from European regionals like Air Dolomiti, Air Nostrum and Eurolot to international heavyweights such as Air Canada, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM, Malaysia Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

In between come leisure carriers like the UK’s Britannia Airways and low-fare operators easyJet, Flybe, Germanwings, JetBlue and SkyWest.

Talking to the airline representatives will be IFE system vendors APS/Wencor, IMS In-Flight, Thales Avionics, Panasonic and Delta Beta, plus all the biggest names in connectivity - AirCell, ARINC, Connexion by Boeing, Inmarsat, Iridium, SITA and Verizon Airfone.

IPEC/LARA starts at 8.00am next Tuesday in the Novotel Hotel, Hammersmith, London. There is still time to register for one or both of the conferences, and for the Regional Airline World/Inflight Online Awards gala dinner on Tuesday evening.
