 No....there are two point to this issue.

I have no problem with your thoughts with regard to measured results....they are what they are. 

 I have a problem with regard to your belittling management for portraying their expectations....because they do not meet your expectations yet.

 It's your thought that some day, maybe,  they will achieve results of expectations....yet you want to encourage(how's that fit skreal?) it along conveying thoughts of ineptness.

 It's like, you have a right to expect...yet they do not....lol

  IMO, you're bitter and you're shooting yourself in the foot.
