If there is going to be a business update this quarter as they have alluded to it will likely happen either today or tomorrow. I say that because, historically, they have provided shareholders a business update several days before Christmas. Usually the week before. The most memorable update came in Dec. 99. The shareprice went from about $1.50 in mid Dec. to around $3.00 / share by the end of the month based on an update. This preceeded the run up in January to $24.50/ share, the all time high, which lasted a nanosecond or two. Another Christmas update with historical significance was one where they announced that the Fugitsu 10player was in production, only to be proven incorrect about 2 months later. The result of this misnomer was a lawsuit with Fugitsu 10 and a policy where they wait to announce contracts until product is delivered.  

I'm hopeful that the delivery of eVu's to Neos Airlines is part of a batch production run with another airline or 2 so that they can announce something, or at least project revenues going forward.  The announcement of an annual shareholders meeting should be entirely within their perview. I don't believe much can be said about the litigation with Wencor at this point in time other than more of the same. Progress with IP litigation is entirely in Duane Morris's court. I believe that relationship is still positive and intact but I doubt they can say much more than that until DM or Vivitar makes another move.

Having said all that, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I've had a very busy past year which is why I haven't posted much and I anticipate a similar new year. Now if Devine intervention can some how bless this investment Perhaps we can all have a Happy New Year. I think it's time we were all rewarded for our steadfast commitment to this investment and I feel very good about it's future in spite of the shareprice.
