Judging by sister PTSC timeline to trial.......it's been a little over a year with the delays to get to the trial date.

In the case of EDIG, if they were to very soon request a jury trial we'd be in Q4 08 or Q1 09 with the trial date. Of course settlements can be reached in advance. I assume also, that a Markman hearing would be held in about 6 months to establish claims construction.
