Message: Re: Toshiba Doni Could this be our technology?

"The new products utilize NAND flash memory fabricated with 56nm process technology, along with controller chips and DRAM,"

For the bulk of description, ..DRAM suggests, it's focused on typical storage and applications,  translating conventional concepts.

For the firmware(MLC controller), they should be utilizing Lexar back ground tech pass through...I believe they paid 360 mill for the privilege when settled..

There is no real telling of what is taking place at controller scheme with regard to the background environment.

The DRAM is typical....but that is not to say that it could not be used in an untypical manner for an  interim process.
