MY view is that there is a method to DM's madness...

EDIG has such a "CLEAN" case of infringment that DM filed against VIVITAR to reslove all the issues relating to TELEFLEX; SANDISK, and a host of other recent case law developments...

Once those issues are resolved through MARKAMN HEARING they should file their SHOTGUN law suit naming everyone under the SUN that they keep telling us they are hard at work identifying...

2008 IS our year, (yours and mine). Whipper snappers like LL, etc. may be here another year, but the life expectancy tables are getting tighter for us OLDIES...Lol...Lol...
